Quick trip to see daddy's bestee in Salt Lake City....we had so much fun.

Troy's best friend from growning up lives in Utah and has three little boys, Hunter, Gunnar and Scout. Barron loved chasing the older boys. Scout is a week older and Barron was a little aggressive with him. He doesn't know his own strength and wants to play so badly.
Hunter and Gunnar loved to make Barron laugh
PJ party
Meghan and Scout...we had a barbee.
Barron is pretty heavy these days.....26lbs.

Nama got Barron a new cowboy hat

Nama and Poppi came and stayed over the weekend and watched the dogs (their first grandsons). They brought Barron a new cowboy hat and new Carhart farm outfit. He is all ready for the farm. They also brought him a new pool for next summer. Such spoilers and the dogs got all kinds of new stuffed animals.
He is climbing up on everything these days and wants to get into everything. He falls off stuff so hard and barely ever cries. He is one tough "Bear". He even does the bear crawl to get around. He is so close to walking and wants to be standing all the time on his own.
Wilson likes the new hat
He is getting his eighth tooth today on the bottom.

Visiting the great grandparents this week....they had a hard time holding onto him for very long!

Barron is so lucky to have three sets of great grandparents. Two on Troy's side and one on mine. Barron and I go to Albany every few weeks to see his other greats down there. These ones in the photo live in Vancouver. They are a quick drive. We had fun with them this week.

He loves patty cake with great grandma Schader

Had a barbee on Barron's 9 month birthday

Barron sleeveless in the heat before the night. He is standing on everything and wanting to walk so badly. We got him a walker and he runs all over the house chasing the dogs and running into them and the walls. He wants to be on the go all the time. He is hard to hold onto. He plays hard and sleeps hard. It is a good combo. He is so much fun these days. He laughs at everything and is easily entertained. He makes people smile because he smiles at everyone.  We are loving him more and more everyday. He is truly a blessing! Troy had a good oncology checkup yesterday. Labs look good and he is feeling good too. He is training for the Portland Marathon in October. How is that for remission....he is amazing and such a good daddy. Barron gets so excited now when he gets home from work. Barron has seven teeth and loves food so much. Like his mommy. He is waving and clapping now too.

Went to Bend this weekend

Barron met his great aunt and uncle for the first time. He is hoping his uncle Dave teaches him to snowboard like he did mommy. He wanted to climb on everything at uncle Dave and aunt Mary's house. It was fun to see them and to see Poppi, Nama and uncle Thor too!!!

Barron likes going on bike rides around the neighborhood. It is a fun new activity.

Went to San Diego to visit Auntie Shannon (Leslee's Bestee), Uncle Dave and cousins, Logan and Dillon. Barron is 9 months and is changing so much everyday.

Barron was so good for his first trip and airplane ride. There were a few times he cried and we were like, oh no we are that family with the crying baby on the plane, but for the most part he was a good traveler. He went to the beach for the first time and to his first Major Leauge game. We went to the Padres vs Marlins game and had front row tickets. It was the best. Barron loved it. We had so much fun with the Downings and loved hanging out with them.
Future Padre

He loved playing with the older boys. His cousins took good care of him.

Barron liked the ocean

Auntie Shannon spoiled him

First day at the beach was a little cloudy, but mommy and daddy caught some waves

Barron caught some waves (his first time surfing)
with Uncle Dave and daddy was nervous

He loved digging in the sand and eating it

Daddy catching waves

His feet were buried and so he could stand on his own. He is close now and wants to walk so bad.

He loved watching his cousins out in the waves and was clapping from the beach
