Daddy and Barron mowed the lan when we got home after a quick trip to the neighborhood pool. It is hot in Portland, but so nice.

8 months and we are having so much fun....he is kindof an extreme baby with no fear or maybe just a BOY!

He love to be thrown in the air, the higher the better. He just laughs so hard. Troy pulled his arms down to make it look higher than it was.

Loves to feed himself finger foods like cheese, watermelon, rasberries, avacado, banana. He is a piggy.

He is on the move, fast crawling for everything. He opens drawers and cupboards and takes the stuff out as of yesterday. Have to do some re-arranging and child proofing. He is going to be into everything. He wants everything more if I say "NO."

Today we are trying the self feeding. My friends say just use two spoons and it is how he will learn. Hard for mom, being a clean freak and all, applesauce all over the floor and walls and Barron in the bath after lunch. Oh man, this could be tough. Every meal, eat and in the shower. Finger foods are okay, but the spoon foods are so messy. I hope he catches on quick.

What a mess, but so cute!!! He loves the independence. Stubborn like his mom and dad.

Storytime is tough because he moves so much now. He is on the move and into everything. He has 6 teeth and loves to eat too. We have not found much he doesn't like. He is an easy going guy for sure. We are so lucky.

Cousins are home from Brasil for 6 weeks and met Barron for the first time

The Schader family. So glad they are home for a bit and that Barron could meet the girls and his uncle Jamey. Auntie Erica already came home to meet him at Christmas. Barron loves them and all the attention.
